about 'Run Flats'. Could it be that most 'run flat' owners have never had a tire go completely flat on them, much less, try to drive on said 'flat' tire? The input from member dpjax should be a wake up call, i.e. when you drive on a run flat for any length of time, you ruin it...$$$. Now, with what I've shared with you about how far you can actually drive before you destroy your rim (not far), why buy them in the first place? They are overpriced, and they don't deliver as advertised. The only reason they are on the car(s), is because there is no room for a spare. And who would buy a car without a spare tire? Mini CooperS owners, in my case..a regrettable decision.
